David is a proud immigrant of Indian origin, the son of a refugee and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Janine N'jie David and their daughter Odetta.Jagged Little Pill musical, based on the album by Alanis Morissette. Azenberg produced more than 20 of Neil Simon’s plays on Broadway including: The Sunshine Boys, Chapter Two, They’re Playing Our Song, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Biloxi Blues, Broadway Bound, Lost in Yonkers and The Odd Couple. His films include: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Sunday in the Park with George, "Master Harold"...and the Boys, and Broadway Bound.  His shows have received 150 Tony nominations and won 43 Tony Awards. In 2009, he was elected into the American Theatre Hall of Fame and in 2012 received the Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre. A graduate of NYU (Class of 1955, Arts College), he went on to serve in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant with the 25th Infantry Division. He has been a Professor at Duke University for 25 years.</image:caption>

He has directed/choreographed at Arena Stage, Ford’s Theatre, The Shakespeare Theatre, Olney Theatre, Studio Theatre, Woolly Mammoth, Center Stage, Roundhouse Theatre, The Kennedy Center, and the Washington National Opera. His national/international credits include the NYMF, Mel Tillis 2001, La Jolla Playhouse, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, Jefferson Performing Arts, and the Olympics. His plays were chosen for the NYC International Fringe and NYMF. He has plays published by Concord Theatricals and Plays for Young Audiences. Bobbitt has received the Excel Leadership Award (Center for Nonprofit Advancement) and the Emerging Leader Award (Montgomery County Executive). Bobbitt trained in arts management at HBS’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management, NAS Chief Executive Program, artEquity’s BIPOC Leadership Circle and Cornell’s Diversity and Inclusion Certification Program. He taught theatre and dance at Boston Conservatory and Howard University. and volunteered on numerous boards, including Non-Profit Village, Maryland Citizens for the Arts, Leadership Montgomery, ArtsBoston, New England Foundation for the Arts and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.</image:caption>

She earned her BFA in Acting (summa cum laude) at the New York Film Academy in May 2021 as their first blind student. Besides acting, Emma is a singer, speaker, and dog lover.       <image:caption>IRENE GANDY, winner of the 2020 Tony Honors Excellence in Theatre Award, has recently been appointed to Drama League Board of Directors. She is the only Black female press agent member of ATPAM (Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers) for over 50 years. Working with Producer Jeffrey Richards for over 3 decades, she is a Tony-Award winning producer on Broadway for The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess and was a producer for Lady Day at Emerson Bar and Grill starring Audra MacDonald. Upcoming 2022-2023 Producing credits include a revival of Pal Joey co-directed by Tony Goldyn and Savion Glover and Ohio State Murders starring Audra MacDonald. She was also co-producer with Voza Rivers on the National tour of South African musical Sarafina. In 2008, she became the first female press agent to be immortalized with a Sardi’s caricature. A fashionista known for her furs, in 2015 she launched a signature collection featured in Vogue Magazine and debuted the Lady Irene Fur line in 2022. Other credits include The Great Society, American Son, China Doll, Fiddler on the Roof, and You Can't Take It With You. Gandy began her career in 1968 as a publicist with Douglas Turner Ward and Robert Hooks’ Negro Ensemble Company. Since then, she has worked on over 100 Broadway shows. including August Osage In addition to her work in theatre, she was Associate Director of Special Markets for CBS Records, working with such artists as Earth, Wind and Fire, and The Jacksons. Gandy is the Press Consultant for Harlem Week and is the recipient of the 2021 “Broadway Comes Uptown” 2019 Appreciation Award from the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, “Pioneer Award" for Excellence she was honored with the NAACP-LGBQT David Weaver Prize for Excellence in the Arts. In 2020, Gandy was inducted into New York Public Lincoln Center Performing Arts Library as part of The League of Professional Theatre Women’s Oral History Project. Gandy currently serves on the boards of City College for the Arts, HARLEM WEEK, and New Heritage Theater.</image:caption>

Under his leadership, New 42 expanded its virtual presentations and educator resources, earning the nonprofit a WNET Arts Hero Award. Recent projects include fully subsidized arts education for NYC public schools; publication of  “Spark Change: The Intrinsic Impact of Performing Arts on Kids,” a longitudinal study developed with research firm WolfBrown; “Let’s Get This Show on the Street,” a star-studded outdoor celebration on 42nd Street; and New Victory Arts Break, a highly successful online curriculum series for teachers and caregivers.  Granet was formerly at Lincoln Center where he served as Executive Vice President of Lincoln Center Education, Community Engagement, and International, and as Acting President from April 2018 to May 2019, continuing his long standing efforts to bring the best of the performing arts to the broadest possible audience. Among numerous honors, Granet was recognized in the inaugural Crain’s New York Notable LGBTQ Executive List. He serves as an advisor to the NYC Mayor’s Cabinet for Children and is a trustee of Times Square Alliance, Bank Street College and Sherman Fairchild Foundation.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Bryan Joseph Lee (he/him) is a Southern-born Queer Black man who believes in making space for art. He is the founder of CNTR ARTS, a creative agency that centers artists, activists, and communities of color through artistic producing and strategic consulting. Most recently, Bryan served as Director of Public Forum at The Public Theater in New York City, where he investigated civic organizing and cultural changemaking at one of the nation's leading off-Broadway theater companies. He has also independently produced several Black, BIPOC, Queer and Trans artists at venues like La Mama Theater Company and The Shed in New York City. In 2021, Bryan was named a Producer-In-Residence with The Shubert Organization, and is incubating multiple commercial projects with Black Queer artists that defy genre. As a consultant, Bryan has guided numerous cultural placemaking initiatives around the world, including current city-wide partnerships in New York, NY; Newark, NJ; and Washington DC; and international projects in Alexandria, Egypt and Perth, Australia. Through his work, Bryan supports organizations across the country and around the world as they develop equity-based strategies for social cohesion and civic development through the arts. Bryan was a 2018 Global Arts Management Fellow at the DeVos Institute of Arts Management, and was named a 2016 Rising Leader of Color by Theater Communications Group (TCG).</image:caption>

During the pandemic, Sammy co-founded The Industry Standard Group (TISG) and Second Act Theatrical Capital (2ATC), a decentralized leadership cohort of BIPOC producers strategically formed to promote work reflecting diversity and increase the presence of BIPOC investors and producers in the commercial producing arts and entertainment field. He is the 2022 program mentor for Theatre Producers Of Color (TPOC) and teaches with The Business of Broadway. Currently, he is a recipient of The Shubert Organization’s Artistic Circle and a Broadway League Fellow. Sammy is a proud graduate of Syracuse University's School of Drama, L.A.       <image:caption>Becky Leifman is the Executive Director of CO/LAB Theater Group. She is also a Teaching Artist for CO/LAB, and is currently the Treasurer and a Steering Committee member for the Museum, Arts, and Culture Access Consortium. She has previously worked at The Keswell School as an instructor and also provided one-on-one support for two individuals with disabilities. Becky has a variety of professional experience at arts organizations; she founded Two Lights Theatre Company (Chicago) in 2007 and worked for The Acting Company and The Play Company in their respective development departments. She has independently consulted with SUMMERTIME Gallery, the Broadway Advocacy Coalition, and multiple budding theater companies. Becky has produced shows, including Sarah Ruhl’s translation of Three Sisters, Ross Mueller’s Construction of the Human Heart and the Off-Broadway musical, Peter &amp; I.       <image:caption>Tuesday, July 14th 4:30pm EDT Caroline Bragdon is the Director of Neighborhood Interventions for the Pest Control Services program at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Ms. Bragdon works to develop and improve neighborhood level responses to rat infestation. She develops curricula and teaches urban Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for diverse audiences in New York City including building managers, custodians, gardeners, businesses and city employees. Currently, she is overseeing a large Neighborhood Rat Reduction program which includes three Boroughs and five agencies. In 2012, she published an article titled “Evaluation of a Neighborhood Rat-Management Program – New York City, 2007-2009” in the Centers for Disease Control Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report and in 2015 she published “Characteristics of the Built Environment and the Norway Rat” in the Journal of Environmental Health. Ms. Bragdon received a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Social Psychology from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Gardiner Comfort is an actor, writer, and teacher who was born and raised in New York City. He holds an MFA in acting from the American Repertory Theater Acting Institute at Harvard University and has traveled the world as an actor in many productions, from Shakespeare to contemporary works. His original solo show THE ELEPHANT IN EVERY ROOM I ENTER, created with director Kel Haney, is about his life with Tourette Syndrome and has been performed at many theaters and educational institutions across the country. He is a theater professor at Queens College, a NYC tour guide, and is on the board of the NYC Chapter of the Tourette Association of America. Osh Ghanimah has the distinct pleasure of serving as the Founder &amp; President of Broadway For All and Director of Content Development for The Frederick Zollo Company. Osh is a Co-Producer of the upcoming Broadway musical, Sing Street, and has worked with The Public Theatre, The Guthrie Theater, American Repertory Theater, and Russia’s Moscow Art Theatre, among others. Select TV work includes: "High Maintenance," "The Good Fight," "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," "The Blacklist," "The Looming Tower." Film work includes All We Had, starring and directed by Katie Holmes. Osh holds BA and BS from Loyola University Chicago where he received a Presidential Scholarship and was recently honored with their Damen Award for alumni impact. He received an MFA from Harvard University where he served as a Guest Lecturer (Office of the Arts) and a Presidential Public Service Fellow (Office of the President). Osh is a Teach for America alumnus and trained teachers and leaders in NYC for five years. David has produced eight feature films, including the British hit comedy The Infidel and The Garden Of Evening Mists for HBO. David is a principal of Prodigal Entertainment, and a partner in Hatch Escapes, an escape room and table-top game business. David is also a writer, whose credits include the Stoker Award-Nominated Darkness Visible, which he is adapting for television for Intrepid Pictures (“Haunting of Hill House”) and is currently working on a series for Amazon, an original graphic novel for Clover Press and an adaptation of the best-selling YA series The Knights of the Borrowed Dark for Screen Ireland. Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29 at 9PM EDT / 6PM PDT, David will premiere #WhileWeBreathe: A Night of Creative Protest, a YouTube Live production of new works by Hollywood and Broadway's greatest writers to benefit national not-for-profit organizations. David is a proud immigrant of Indian origin, the son of a refugee and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Janine N'jie David and their daughter Odetta. Amy Gallo is an expert in conflict, communication, and workplace dynamics. She is the author of the HBR Guide to Dealing with Conflict, a how-to guidebook about handling conflict professionally and productively. In her role as a contributing editor at Harvard Business Review, Amy writes frequently about a range of topics with a focus on interpersonal dynamics, communicating ideas, leading and influencing people, and building your career. Amy is currently a co-host of HBR's Women at Work podcast, which is in its fifth season. Amy is on the faculty of the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program. She taught at Brown University and is a graduate of both Brown and Yale University. Brian Moreland is a creative lead commercial producer based in New York City. Brian is also one of 5 Black producers for Broadway, with a passion for universal stories, while blending marginalized people and topics with entertainment. Previous Broadway credits include: The Lifespan of a Fact with Daniel Radcliffe, Cherry Jones and Bobby Cannavale, Sea Wall/ A Life with Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge, The Sound Inside with Mary-Louise Parker to name a few. Upcoming shows include American Buffalo with Sam Rockwell, Darren Criss and Laurence Fishburne, Thoughts of a Colored Man, and BLUE, starring Emmy $ Tony Winner Leslie Uggams and Emmy Winner Lynn Whitfield, directed by Tony Winner Phylicia Rashad! Brian is an active member of the Broadway community, volunteering his time for the Theatre Development Fund and the Broadway League. Rachelle Pereira is the Co-Founder of EQUALibrium Group, a leadership and communication consulting firm dedicated to nurturing and building powerful modern leaders. In her 15 years as an executive coach, facilitator and educator, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse group of organizations, ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. For all of her clients, she focuses on what she believes are the cornerstones to quality communication: empathy and curiosity. With this approach, she has taught surgeons how to apologize after medical errors; worked with human rights activists to help them stop fighting each other and instead fight for their cause; shown senior executives how they can get better financial results by demonstrating vulnerability; and helped entire organizations change the way they view and interact with their consumers. Recent clients include United Nations, Human Rights Watch, International Rescue Committee, Amazon, Sony Music Entertainment, Oneworld Alliance and NBC Universal. Fern Lim is an overall artistic soul on a mission to brighten and deepen the energy of the world! She believes in the power of art to cultivate empathy and connection in what can be a painfully divisive world, and is an ardent supporter of the creators, dreamers, and change-makers both around us and within us. Casey Mink is the senior staff writer at Backstage Magazine and Backstage.com. There, she spends most of her time feature-writing and conducting interviews with actors, writers, directors, and other creatives across the performing arts industry, focusing largely on theater. She is a graduate of Hunter College in New York City, where she studied journalism and English. But for Jozwiak, the true recipe for success is less about making a name for himself in the culinary world — and more about giving back to the community. After seeing first-hand the amount of nutritious, high-quality food that goes to waste in restaurants, Jozwiak left Eleven Madison Park to launch the food justice non profit RethinkFood NYC. Emily Simoness is the founder and executive director of SPACE on Ryder Farm, a nonprofit artist residency program committed to supporting and developing artists and their work. Housed on 130 acres of organic farmland in Brewster, NY, SPACE has quickly become one of the premier centers for new play development in the country.</image:caption>
