What are you doing in 2020?

TEDxBroadway speakers cover a lot of territory. How to make Broadway better, of course, but also how to make our communities better, and even ourselves. Lose weight, get fit, drink less, save more -- some of those we’ve discussed, but some are just a few of the resolutions we all seem to have at the start of a new year. And while accomplishing any one of these goals should make us happy -- they might not actually be the key to happiness.

In her 2019 TEDxBroadway talk, Laura Heywood shares her deeply personal story about depression, identity and survival. And how she resolved to start “Practicing Happiness.”

Laura’s talk is an important example of what we can share together at TEDxBroadway. After all, Broadway is made up of humans, and it’s this humanity that makes Broadway an extraordinary industry like no other.

We’re wishing you all happiness in 2020, and we hope you’ll join us for TEDxBroadway on Tuesday, October 13 at New World Stages. Tickets are on sale now (they’ll be available at this price for a limited time only).

Cheers,
Damian and Jim
